Parents Collaboration

We need collaboration between Children Ministry and parents to effectively help each individual child know who he/she is in Jesus Christ and discover his/her God-given destiny.

We hope to achieve this collaboration in the following ways:

At home companion resources to our curriculum
There will be different sets which will be age appropriate. The purpose is to have the parents go through these resources with their children at home as a follow-up to what we are ministering to them at church. These resources will be on sale in March.

Monthly Teaching Seminars for parents
We will be teaching topics such as leading your child to Christ, establishing your parental spiritual authority, creating environments for the Holy Spirit to work in your child’s life, etc. These classes will hold once a month. Please click here for the next seminar.

Child and Parent classes
This class is for in-depth practical teaching such Holy Spirit baptism, godly character, having a daily quiet time with God, etc. Please note there will be NO dropping of children off at these classes. These classes are strictly for child and parent to enable follow-up at home. Like the Parent seminars, these classes will hold once a month. Please click here for the next class.

Parental involvement
This is through parents helping out as volunteers in the Children Ministry. Please click here for more details.

Monthly Newsletter
This newsletter will serve to update parents on happenings in the children ministry.

One-on-one counselling
The children minister and the pastoral team are available to meet with parents for counselling and prayer.
